A new Lottery Ticketing process is in place this season please review before submitting requests to ensure understanding. Please note that members may only attend one match per season. Ticket Lotteries for the 2024-25 are now open!

Ticket timeline

Ticket Lotteries for the 2024-25 season are now open!

Lottery requests can be submitted at any time up to 12 weeks before the match date.*
*may be shorter for Champions League/Cup matches.

Members can enter as many ticket lotteries as they want.

However, once you claim a ticket as a selected and notified finalist, you will only be able to attend one match per season as a member.

No. Arsenal America only obtains tickets for home matches.

Yes – each lottery entry and ticket issued requires an individual membership per.  If requesting tickets together (maximum of four), you can provide this information at the time of the request.

There is a maximum of four (4) tickets that can be requested.  Each ticket needs to have a current member representing it.  This will be verified if selected as a finalist, before tickets are allocated.

 

Keep in mind that fulfilling four tickets is more difficult, so selecting max tickets is not to your advantage.  Only do this if going together is necessary.

 

Additionally, each member of the group can enter the lottery.  Meaning all four members of the group can submit a request for four tickets.  As members you are entitled to that.

No, entry in the lottery is free for members. Arsenal America will only require payment if you are allocated a ticket.  Payment is required within 72 hours of notification.

No. All tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.

Upon the lottery end date, a non-biased program will execute and randomly select the top 20 finalists. Being a finalist does not yet guarantee a ticket. Final allocation will be decided seven weeks before the match when the club provides us tickets. At that time we will fulfill as many tickets as are allocated in the rank order determined by the lottery.

 

Being a Finalist is not yet an award of a ticket, as Arsenal will provide us the final allocation about seven weeks before the match.  At that time we will fulfill as many tickets as we are provided in the rank order determined by the lottery.

Once payment is processed, tickets will be emailed to the member(s).  Please ensure the email with your account is up to date.

To provide the best opportunity for all members, only ONE match ticket is allowed per member for the season.  Once you win, you will be ineligible for future lotteries this season.  This only applies if you get a match ticket – you can be a finalist an unlimited number of times.
